Refund policy

We want you and your dog to love your Faunzy costume. Every purchase is covered by our 30-day warranty.

Damaged, defective or wrong item? Contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@faunzy.store with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or refund you in full — no need to return the faulty item.

Wrong size or changed your mind? Within 30 days of delivery, unused items can be returned for a refund or size exchange. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
